Linux 是全球最多人使用之 Open Source 作業系統，它以Unix為基礎，不但功能強勁，更免費提供系統程式碼下載，讓公眾人仕免費使用，所以吸引全球企業和政府機構廣泛使用。由於 Linux 系統穩定性強，很多人應用來建立 Web Server、Mail Server及File Server 等。
LPI Linux Certification 在市場上較為人熟悉的 Linux 專業證書， LPI 全名是 Linux Professional Institute ，是一個來自加拿大的非牟利 Linux 專業團體所頒發之證書。 LPI 受到多間 IT業界巨頭公司所支持，有 IBM ， HP 和 SGI 等，而支援的 Linux 平台有 SuSE, Caldera, Red Hat 和 TurboLinux 等，範圍之廣泛，實在不可輕視。
我們的 Linux 國際認可証書課程適合應考 I.T. 界不同類型的 Linux 專業證書，包括 LPI Level 1, Level 2 及 RHCE，同學們真正可以做到只需修讀一個課程，便可參加個三個考試，夠哂集中，而且方便及慳時間。
LPI 的考試共分三級，由 Level 1 至 Level 3，考取 Level 1 證書需要通過 2 個考試，分別是 Exam 101 (RPM) 和 Exam 102 (RPM), 而考取 Level 2 證書亦需要通過 2 個考試，分別是 Exam 201 (RPM) 和 Exam 202 (RPM)。 LPI Level 1 的考試要求合格分數不算太高， 兩科滿分為 800，合格要求分數分別為 500 及 520。
只要你於下列2個科目取得合格成績，便可獲 LPI 頒發 LPI Level 1 證書 :

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
RHCE 的難度可算是最高，因為在很多人的心目中，RHCE 是繼 CCIE 之後另一張最難考取的專業證書。RHCE 和其他證書如 MCSE、CCNA 有些不同，分別在於它不單只利用多項選擇題測驗考生對 RedHat Linux 的熟悉程度，而且還須要通過一個長達一日的實習試，當中包括 RedHat Linux 的安裝設定以及疑難排解 (Troubleshooting) 部份，考試時間會比其他認證考試較長，大約須要一整日的時間。
上午第一個階段，亦是一個較高難度的階段，主要測試考生對 Linux 平台環境偵測與除錯測驗，考生需要在三小時內完成 8-10 個 Troubleshooting Case，由於 Linux 是一個公開內碼的系統，它的系統錯誤會比較廣泛，因此在這階段應特別注意。
下午第二個階段是測試考生對 Linux 伺服器安裝與網絡服務組態的實機演練，考生會被要求安裝 HTTP, FTP, NFS 等服務組態，同時會要求你建立 Email 帳戶, Virtual Domain，Firewall 和 Update Kernel 等工作，此階段需要在三小時內完成。 |
本課程專為有志考取 Linux 最高榮譽證書 RHCE 之人仕而設，課程針對 RHCE 的 Lab Test 考試而設計，著重考試中最困難的 Troubleshooting 和 Server Setup 部份進行反覆練習，務求讓每位同學都能有信心 "一次過" 通過 RHCE 的實習考試。
